Renovation of existing stone building to create a hall of residence to accommodate a further 12 residents and building of a shed for storing furniture. The project is to renovate the stone existing building to be used a hall of residence to accommodate an extra 12 residents and a stone existing room to be used as medical room. An iron sheet shed will also be built to store furniture, which was previously kept in the stone building.

The construction will start in September 2014.

The project also includes providing furniture, beddings, electrical fittings, partitioning and flooring to the newly created room

SUPPORT & FINANCING:

The project has obtained the support of the Rotary Club of Grand Baie (RCGB) and companies . However more financing is required to start the project . La Passerelle and the Project are CSR eligible. The RCGB will help in raising the CSR Funds required and also where appropriate in the management (design and supervision) of the project.
